SHIPPING TIME

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. About 95% of the products we offer are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. In most cases, your order will leave within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Items such as drapery and bedspreads are shipped directly  from the manufacturer and may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Also custom items or items that are manufactured will have varying shipping times.

SHIPPING RATES

We work with carriers to get you the best possible shipping quote for your order, and this is why we take the care to seek out 3 different quotes for each order and providing our customers with the best possible shipping price.

For some merchandise (fragile or bulky items) additional fees may apply. In such situations, these fees will be noted before your transaction is complete in either the product description and/or the checkout process.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Most of our in stock items qualify for free shipping  on orders of $600-$800* or more, depending on the destination.

Extremely fragile or volume items, such as artwork, mirrors, beds, mattresses, toilet paper etc. are charged extra freight, as well as a number of other products which are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

*Some remote or rural locations may not qualify for free shipping regardless of order total.
